Please excuse my blinding white legs. Summer is almost here and pool time is so close I can taste it. Weened myself off the heavy rotation of black, white, tan pieces in my closet and whipped out this number. A little less morbid, a little more refreshing? I hope so!
P.S. When you have a best friend who always beats you in gift giving, you get personalized dress tags like this. She always wins.

Uber excited about becoming a contributor for
Single Girl Dinner. Sometimes I find myself creating random little dishes that is satisfying enough to warrant a tweet or an instagram photo. But then there are times when I am feverishly searching for dinner inspiration and that's when I turn to SGD. What is SGD?
“Single girl dinner” is a tongue-in-cheek term used for those times when we’re having a meal by ourselves. When no one’s looking, we’re creative and indulgent and flexible. Recipes become broad strokes instead of intricate instructions. We can turn a can of chicken noodle soup into sopa de ajo. We’re happy with a bowl of cereal. We’re fine ordering a glass of wine with an appetizer at the bar and calling it a night. (Um, we’ve even been known to fry up a big, juicy steak and have it all to ourselves.) Basically, it’s a moment where we can have our cake and eat it, too—with a glass of red wine!

To my dismay the cold is slowly hitting Nashville and all I can think about is what I'd like to wear this spring! I'd probably switch out the tote for a sweet picnic basket and wedges for loafers to take advantage of the breathtaking scenery that encompasses this city. With #NYFW mania upon us, what are you envisioning for spring?!
