For the Mad Men
(ASOS dress turned blouse, VTG necklace from Branch Out, Urbn pants)
When you want to recycle your birthday dress but don't want to be an outfit repeater too soon, tuck it into some granny pants. You'll have a little extra sag but it'll make for a more interesting outfit. heh - only kidding. I always find myself trying to figure out more uses of a single garment especially when it's as flattering as this dress. Note: doesn't work as well with scarves. Those things are just meant for the neck!

I am in love with the whole look. The deconstructed heathering on the pants, and the deep nude rose of the dress tucked in.. The silhouette works. The puckering really does make for an interesting outfit.

yes! that diy is crazy easy. i seriously felt like i was cheating when i submitted that one to the people i was collaborating with. oh wells.
love how you mixed a sheer blouse with those comfy slouchy pants. haha, scarves can be recycled! i remember grabbing a stretchy jersey one and wrapping it around my hips for a micro-mini skirt effect once when i was really bored. it barely covered my tush. ok...nevermind.
